Sometimes during that evening Notaro said she had seen Alisa sitting inside of this club and near the bar area.   Notaro advised that her brand new agent Heidi was also in attendance to see her perform her comedy show. And, I contend with complete confidence- Stef Willen, Mathilde Notaro, Reeta Piazza, Michael Griffee et al. are the types to understand as they are liars and creeps and sociopaths. I certainly would never lie about someone like that and no half way decent person would. But, they did and they were all caught more than they know. They will know soon enough.

Anyway, interesting how many hits with this keyword show up and from so many different locations.  I understand that Tig Notaro is back to begging people to let her into thier homes. This way she gets all those hungry comedians indebted to her . That freak has it figured out in sick ways. The witness was only told about what happened and he did not witness any of the events that precipitated the incident.

Griffee will then say that Spitzberg pushes Flanagan in one verson and yet Mr. Flanaagan doesn't remember any of  it. hmmm.

If indeed what I said wasn't 100 percent correct the bastards would have sued me long ago. There is no retrial. No. Not at all. The judge aquitted me of two of the charges and then aquitted me in the "interest of justice" on the last because he knew I wasn't given the amount of advocacy expected. I'm trying to put it tactfully but I did not get any defense in this case and the trial was all a huge waste on every level.

In fact, I wish there was a retrial- because despite my aquittal- I got screwed. I never got to impeach all those freaks and I never got to "collaterally attack the validity of the restraining order." That order was a sham and Tig Notaro and many many know it. Tig Notaro is a very very sick girl/thing/growth. Notaro is a pathological and pernicious liar and she and her rabid dog, Stef Willen et al., ruined their lives, in the long run. No way do they uin the reputation and peace of a highly dignified and decent people and get away with it. The rest- the same.

Some understand my frustration some say, " You won huuuuuuge. be happy. Huuuuuuuuuuuge"  The latter group is lame and disingenous. Be happy about what exactly? Sure, there is satisfaction in foiling evil evil folks like Dr. Kaushal Sharma and Judge Maria Stratton et al .but the work to get remedies and the endless disgust as you must relive it.... no fun. A little backstory: Allison Sievers conspired to have me not write anything on the internet and she did so in ways that defy imagining. I guess she thought I'd run away in fear at such a display of ruthless might.

But, when I see so many hits and see that she's using some uhh ... ip changer to read the blog it does give me a satisfaction that her spectacular attempt to silence me was foiled and now she's googling away to see what I say. Today it's all about Jennifer Waxler and Allison Sievers AKA two of the most pernicious and incompetent lawyers alive. They are unethical assholes and monsters too. My story is full of evil and I'm not one to perceive evil without some serious soul searching. I do an evaluation where every angle is explore and negligence or being duped are considered.

These "women" are evil and depraved They are enemies of the people, really.

Allison Sievers conspired to criminalize and destroy someone she SUSPECTED had written something negative about her Z minus list client, Mathilde Tig Notaro. Nothing ever remotely criminal occurred and yet she used her Lavely and Singer rep to get some greedy and filthy cops to play along.

This criminally culpable fraud, Sievers, then passed the stick to Jennifer Waxler. Jennifer Waxler knew from early on their was no case, she never got a signed statement from any alleged witness, she willfully ignored the many witnesses that were attesting to the fact that Sievers, Gregozek and Notaro were liars and frauds of the worst kind. She didn't care. This loser had to win. And so she pulled the most evil and filthy trick. She is the Nifong of misdemeanors. She might be worse thn Nifong. He didn't try to declare those poor boys-insane- to win his case. He's so bad but he also got caught and he's been disgraced. Cold comfort for the wrongly accused. a malicious and corrupt prosecutor is the darkest specter imaginable and they should be jailed for years- at least, to discourage this kind of waste and destruction from reoccurring. She was followed by more severe freaks with similar sensibilities- like Martin Boags and Katie Ford. Her shapeless crony Felise Kalpakian isn't forgotten, of course. Jennifer Waxler wanted to jail and then to commit to a mental hospital someone she knew to be innocent and smart and very sane. What a vile and vicious douchebag she and her city attorney co-conspirators are. I won't even get into Marty's pal Vagnozzi and how Karla Kerlin had her evil paws all over this case.

The los angeles superior court is too diseased for words. Allison Sievers and Jennifer Waxler are but two of the sick sick players.

The question any one with any interest should ask is why all these lawyer don't ask for an injunction or declaratory judgement -saying such things on a blog. Why not send one cease and desist "by telecopier,".

Why? Because anything like that would re-open the case and they would reallly really be sunk and have to do the paperwork, in the process.

The los angeles city attorneys office must have better things to do with tax payer money than reading this blog

Indicted Judge Loses Dismissal Bid, January Trial Date Set

SANTA ANA—The judge hearing election bribery charges against a Los Angeles Superior Court judge and two campaign consultants declined Friday to dismiss the case, suppress evidence obtained pursuant to a pair of search warrants, or grant the defendants separate trials.

Orange Superior Court Judge Richard King, who is hearing the case by assignment after the local trial bench recused itself, set trial for Judge Harvey Silberman and consultants Evelyn Jerome Alexander and Randy Steinberg for Jan. 11. King, who had earlier announced that the trial would take place in Norwalk, granted a request by the defendants to move it to the downtown Foltz Criminal Justice Center.

The defense lawyers urged King to throw out the case, in which the defendants are charged with offering to pay Deputy District Attorney Serena Murillo’s filing fee, or candidate statement costs, if she would drop out of the race against Silberman two years ago.

Daniel Nixon, who represents Silberman, said his client was the victim of “a patently unfair process” in which Murillo “used the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office as her own personal cavalry.” Murilllo, he said, took her complaints directly to her own office, which served as the initial investigating agency, and which remained involved in the case even after it passed the matter off to the state attorney general for prosecution.

Search Warrant

It was the district attorney’s investigative staff, he noted, that obtained a search warrant for emails and telephone records that are being used to prosecute the defendants, and a deputy district attorney served as legal advisor to the grand jury which indicted them. And when it came to issuing the search warrant, Nixon said, the investigators “bypassed 150 judges” downtown and went “two miles down the road” to the Metropolitan Court, where they obtained the warrant from a judge who had worked with Murillo and donated to her campaign.

Steven Meister, representing Steinberg, said the district attorney conducted a slapped-together, “insane,” agenda-driven “meatball investigation,” likening it to the “meatball surgery” practiced on incoming wounded service members by Alan Alda’s Hawkeye character on the long-running television series “M*A*S*H.”

King said he would not express his own views on the prosecutors’ tactics, but that as a matter of law, “the court cannot conclude from the record...that the defendants cannot receive a fair trial.”

Other Orders

The judge Friday also:

•Overruled demurrers challenging Elections Code Sec. 18205, which says “[a] person shall not directly or through any other person advance, pay, solicit, or receive or cause to be advanced, paid, solicited, or received, any money or other valuable consideration to or for the use of any person in order to induce a person not to become or to withdraw as a candidate for public office,” as vague and overbroad.

•Denied motions to suppress evidence obtained in the search of Steinberg and Alexander’s phone and email records, as well as a separate search of their laptop computers.

The defendants claimed that the judge who issued the first warrant, Karla Kerlin of the Los Angeles Superior Court, was not a “neutral and detached magistrate” because she was a friend of Murillo—Kerlin was a deputy district attorney from 1990 until her appointment to the bench two years ago—and contributor to Murillo’s campaign.

King, however, said the $100 donation did not render Kerlin subject to disqualification and that the warrant was supported by probable cause. Even if the warrant was defective, he added, the investigators could not have known that and obtained it in good faith.

•Declined to order separate trials, reasoning that statements made by each defendant would be admissible against the others because the claim that they acted together for a common purpose was supported by a preponderance of the evidence. But he ordered that a statement made by Silberman after the election that might be deemed incriminating as to Alexander be excluded from the joint trial.

Deputy Attorney General Zee Rodriguez, who is prosecuting the case, said after the hearing that her office would likely forego use of the statement rather than ask for separate trials. The judge set a Nov. 19 hearing in the event the prosecutors decide otherwise and move for severance.

Listen, I've made no secret that I've inserted a trust "stat counter" on this blog. I see the keywords, IP's and locations of those who land here.

I'm a very realistic and sane person and so I know that the list of villians in my case stretches credulity.  I recognize all that and yet the list of villians is even longer that I've been allowed to express.

In the last few days, I'm getting searches for Judge Elizabeth Grimes- someone in Redondo beach and one elsewhere in California.  She's so far been a very unsung villian. Who the hell has the time to redress so many greivances. Eventually, karma and I, will try our best and see to it that the evil that was done is ... reaches .... some.... resolution. Hard to know exactly how that will pan out but pan out it must.

I'll stop being so flowery and get to the stinking point of this post: Judge Elizabeth Grimes.

To the curious googlers in California:  I am too tired, today, to go into much detail but I assure you that you will be very interested in how Judge Grimes ruled when her pals at Lavely and Singer bought a SLAPP suit against a meritorious  non Slapp case in early 2009. It was in the Santa Monica courts and of course the file number is somewhere in my paper laden home. If I find it soon I'll post it but if not it is public record etc.

So, if you want to see a real gross injustice committed by Lavely and Singer and Elizabeth Grimes look at the cases involving Mathilde Notaro in the Santa Monica Courthouse. Then mosey on down to the criminal courts or make some phone calls and find out if Judge Grimes ruled on the pleadings in that case(as required by law) or by sheer gross bias. Then, find out how everything said by Allison Sievers and Notaro is a lie and how these were lies that were known by all involved and yet Sievers feels emboldened, for reasons that won't satisfy any reasonable person, to just keep lying and lying. Grimes granted an Anti Slapp motion on obvious lies outside the courtroom and not on the pleadings.  She denied the plaintiff the rights guaranteed by the Constitution and she did it by fraud and with malice.

Corruption watchers should make note of the costs that Allison Sievers requested in the Mathilde Notaro travesties.  According to Sievers- Lawyers for Lavely and Singer are now charging about 10 cents an hour.  

From my experiennce, intrepid reporters aren't too intrepid, but just check out all files with Mathilde Notaro and you'll come upon Grimes and what she was able and willing to do to the innocent.  That matter is not over by a long shot- injustice and corruption don't just fade away. Void ruling mean nothing when so many facts are on your side. It's all now just a matter of time.
