Apirl 12th 2008- Judge Elizabeth Grimes will dismiss with prejudice a lawsuit because Allison Sievers will lie and say how the police were called and came to the "scene."

. They ran towards me and lunged at me, and I ran inside before they could make physical contact. They were not allowed entrance into the club, and Mark Flanagan called the police.
They left close to 11 p.m before the police could come.

Forgets to make up the lie about the police coming because she is stupid as shit on top of being a dangerous liar. The judge doesn't notice or care that the police are never mentioned in court.

Notaro advised that the police also showed up that evening at Largo but she believed that Alisa and her Sister had already left Largo. Prior to the police arriving there. She said that she carried on with her performance that evening

I am the door guy at the dime which is no more than 16 feet away from where largo once was. I remember the day in question and remember nothing happen(ing) I even talked to the ladies for a minute or two and invited them inside the dime for a drink. These ladies are good people to be around and everything that this woman said is a lie.
When asked about the police he said, " Bullshit."

The witness recalls an incident in april 2008 where M.. Griffee told him that he had denied defendant entry in the club because she was allegedly harrassing one of the performers, Tig Notaro,. The witness directed employees to watch the front door, back door and eventually to call the police. The witness was only told about what happened and he did not witness any of the events that precipitated the incident.
Griffee will then say that Spitzberg pushes Flanagan in one verson and yet Mr. Flanaagan doesn't remember any of it. hmmm.

. Defendant verbally abused the witness(Griffee) who called the police. The police eventually came, but defendant had apparently left.
Boags knows he is lying because just 6 months before he found that out but he will pretend that no one will ever notice. Marty Boags is a terrible joke if he weren't so dangerous.

Well, did the police ever come as declared in the appeals decision and by Judge Elizabeth Grimes when she dismisses a meritorious lawsuit. Grimes will use this alleged incident as a reason to deprive an American citizen of major rights.

Did John Gregozek know this- YES- he had to know this immediately and that is why he is going as far as putting fake "incident numbers," He knew no incident or reports were in existence and kept lying about this on 10 occassions.
Did all the lying witnesses know this- YES, of course
Was Allison Sievers required to know this- Yes, by law and she will be exposed and disbarred asap.
WHEN DID Martin Boags( and therefore Ford) know this for sure- September 14th 2009- just when the competency debacle was vacated.
