Lavely and Singer stinks

Lavely and Singer challenge: get an injuction if a word is not true.

When  I say that Lavely and Singer is a corrupt, devious, and most hideous enterprise and that they destroyed the life and health  of a  sickly holocaust survivor- not to mention her lovely daughters and that their plots and ploys caused the American Taxpayer a FORTUNE in the case of Notaro vs Spitzberg and then the people vs Spitzberg.

.Lavely and Singer took on a disturbed imbecile named Mathilde Notaro ( who insists we call her tig) and they represented her interests by committing fraud and coercion and criminal  conspiracy and they are liable, amongst others for damages. That's not zealous advocacy, clowns, that is criminal conspiracy.

Time is sparse and I write these non impressive missives in 1 minute or less-- as the typos attest,  but when time is less hard to find,  Allison Sievers and the Lavely and Singer DOES will be held accountable.

If indeed what I said wasn't 100 percent correct the bastards would have sued me long ago. Sure, I have no money but they would have had an injunction or declaratory or whateva federal remedy is available. They would at least have send me one of their notorious cease and Desists. But, they never will because that will open up what they did to too many people. No more witnesses must be the motto of many of the tortfeasors in my case.
So,  I am free to diss them on this blog to the end of my days . It's not much fun but it will suffice for the time being. 

Lavely and Singer, you stink, and you win battles but will lose the war. You took a resolvable problem  and turned into such a disastrous travesty. That is very bad lawyering, bozos.
