Hello Tortfeasors

Had to close it for awhile for certain reasons.

Otherwise, I'm fine and living the life of a formidable foe to evil and injustice.

On TV, two suicides of those that experienced something similar to mine- the total destruction of  privacy and my reputation  and future by cruel sociopaths.

In my case, I could not let these monsters get their wish so I'm here for the long haul.

Learned more about the travesty- Tons more but this should be known.

2 counts - motion to aquit granted before it went to the jury ( what a sick sick farce that Gregozek got all those judges to sign all those delayed notification search warrants and very costly ploys and 12 days of trial ) -such a rare and meaningful dismissal.So many federal crimes they committed in my case, and all based on false allegations that were disproven and  known by them as early as May 7th 2008.

1- count - dismissed in the interests of justice.- look that up tortfeasors- a very very rare and meaningful outcome.

It will be interesting to see how Judge Maria Stratton will justify her torture, degradation, and devastation of the Spitzberg family in light of the trial's outcome.
