Wide viewership pending for my pro per/se abuse blog set to sail tomorrow

Tommorow I must begin on my pro per abuse blog, depending on how much abuse one pro se can take, and stand upright. Hey, this propria persona latin word for self represented blah blah is in it for the long haul.

For today : I'll just attempt to chat with the Googler in Chicago and the googler elsewhere(yesterday and before) looking up Samantha Philiphs Jessner.

Judge Samantha Jessner Phillips or Judge Samantha Philips Jessner basically destroyed the lives of very good people's in case 8CA10541. The illegal and ugly decisions she made in January and August of 2009, in the travesty called the People vs Spitzberg , has had and will have wide reaching repurcussions. In legalalese: She is a treasonous tortfreasor and tortutious tresspasser. In religious terms: A SINNER and in regular terms and as the transcripts show : a cruel mocking and wholly unjust monster

This Jessner person once worked for the inspector general to do good work, allegedly- to root out bad cops etc. She appears to have gone to Stanford and does not have poverty or lack of opportunity as an excuse for behavior with so many aggravating features.

Well, now she is the best friend possible to bad cops and bad prosecutors and appears to be the go to gal when they are conducting a vindictive or malicious prosecution.

. I guess that can easily be understood to be the mindset one develops when they always have an eye out for a scrounged vote. To live a life where one worries about a vote vs. what is right seems to open the doors to evil and that is what I'm suspecting happened in the case of Judge Samantha Phillips Jessner. I don't take her cruel and inhumane treatement of me, personally. I imagine her base ambitions have ruined the life of many and so I plan to feature her in my blog until she goes on some record and says, "Sorry, I had no right to declare a doubt and that was a serious ruling that I obviously made for the wrong reasons and wihtout basis in reality or law. I had no idea that dregs like Felise Kalpakian, Waxler and Boags would pressure me so and I had no idea the facts of the case. I sure could never have guessed that now Stanley Lieber would use my false "ruling"( made at a widely witnesed illegal ex parte)a gainst her that way. I surely would never guess that bottom feeders like Stanely Lieber and James Silverstien would now use it as an excuse to steal 14,800 dollars from her and her family and leave her destitute. Hey, I couldn't deduce anything of value at that fraudulent "hearing" but how could I have know the promixate cause of my malfeasance . I sure never thought lawyers, like Knecht and Silverstien, would let her rot in jail when they had a 100 motions they could have filed.

How could I have known that good old ex federal public defender Maria Strattton is so rabidly corrupt as to try to bury an innocent defendant in ways that no reasonable person would accept?????"

That's a very hastily improvised statement Judge Jessner should speak someday. But, I doubt she would ever do so by dint of her humanity or justice or conscience. She wouldn't have done what she had done with the obviously fraudulent search warrants( "Delayed notification with no notificiaton actually) and she wouldn't have destroyed the health, good name, peace of mind, blah blah blah of much better and even smarter people than her --had she not had a character that would allow it in the first place.

As it stands, she has given such ammunition to vile shleppers like Stanley Lieber et al and Silverstien and (we don't yet know exactly how knecth will use it).

Dr. Markman will get this reference- They can Charles Boyer me all they want but they won't win.
