Notaro Police statement of Notaro

A) Notaro was standing outside with owner, Mark Flanagan Notaro

saw Sp and her sister running towards her. She ran inside and security closed the doors.

B)Sp pounded on the doors and yelled, “where gonna get that fucking dyke!”

Affidavit of Notaro

A) I was standing outside the club with the owner Mark Flanagan. I noticed Al and her sister, Lauren Sp, about fifteen feet away from my right. They ran towards me and lunged at me, and I ran inside before they could make physical contact. They were not allowed entrance into the club, and Mark Flanagan called the police.

B) “were going to get that dyke.”

Notaro Court testimony-

A) AND I WAS OUTSIDE OF THE VENUE TALKING TO THE OWNER OF THE CLUB, AND I LOOKED TO MY RIGHT AND AL AND HER SISTER RIGHT AS I TURNED TO MY RIGHT WERE RUNNING DOWN THE SIDEWALK TOWARDS ME. I WENT INSIDE. THE OWNER SHUT THE DOOR, WOULDN'T LET THEM IN. AT THAT POINT THEY HAD TO LOCK THE DOOR BECAUSE THEY WERE KICKING AND BEATING THE DOOR

B) “SAYING WE'RE GOING

TO GET THAT FUCKING DIKE.”

To investigator - When Al first showed up on this second night Notaro stated that she had been outside and talking with its owner Mark Flanagan Notaro said that Flanagan told her to immediately get inside the club and he would take care of Al and her sister.

E.Griffee court testimony- FRONT DOOR: Doesn’t mention anything about Notaro or her “get the fucking dyke” lie.

GRIFFEE:

A)BY THEN, THE OWNER WENT INSIDE AND I STAYED OUTSIDE. HER SISTER WAS WITH HER OR THE PERSON I WAS TOLD WAS HER SISTER WAS WITH HER, AND THEY BASICLY JUST BEGAN HARASSING ME SAYING THAT THEY WERE GOING TO CLOSE DOWN THE CLUB AND THAT THEY WERE VERY POWERFUL PEOPLE; THAT I WAS AN ASSHOLE, A FAGOT, AND BALD,

YOU KNOW, SHE BASICLY JUST KEPT REITERATING, YOU KNOW, "WHY DID KICK ME OUT LAST" -- IWAS, YOU KNOW, FIVE DAYS BEFORE THEN "WHY DID YOU KICK ME OUT ON MONDAY. I WANT JUSTICE. I WANT JUSTICE." I KEPT SAYING, "I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS. THIS IS MY BUSINESS. IF I SAY YOU SAY CAN’T BE HERE; YOU CAN'T BE HERE." THEY WALKED AWAY AFTER A COUPLE MINUTES,



F.Julius Q, R. oberts in sworn affidavit- I am the door guy at the dime which is no more than 16 feet away from where largo once was. I remember the day in question and remember nothing happen(ing) I even

talked to the ladies for a minute or two and invited them inside the dime for a drink. These ladies are good people to be around and everything that this woman (after viewing what Notaro wrote and testified to)said is a lie.



.Seccia to investigator- Michael Griffee had actually been the person who was working rear of this club at the night in question

H.Griffee to investigator- to the investigator he never was out front at all. Only out back with Mark Flanagan



NOTE: According to Griffee the front door lasted a couple of minutes and then ten minutes later they were at the back door and there Seccia says that lasted “ several minutes”

How does this add up to Notaro’s and then Griffee’s(when hearing Notaro’s testimony) one hour and a half.

Notaro police report-

A) Al and Lauren went around to the back door, and for an hour and a half proceeded to verbally abuse Mark Flanagan and Michael Griffee, scream at the top of their lungs, and bang on the door.

Went to the back ten minutes later and Kevin And Griffe where there

Griffee to investigator: Flanagan and him back there and Sp hits Flanagan.

B) MS. SP BASICLY WAS JUST SAYING, YOU KNOW: "THAT BITCH CAN'T GET ME THROWN OUT OF YOUR CLUB AND, YOU KNOW: "SHE HAS NO RIGHT TO TELL ME WHERE I CAN GO

A) THAT WAS LATER IN THE EVENING. THAT WAS IN THE ALLEY WHEN I WAS SMOKING A CIGAR. AND THEY ARE JUST REALLY AGGRESSIVE

B)." "SHE IS A FUCKING CUNT," "WE'RE GOING TO GET HER,"THIS IS ISN'T OVER."

THEN SHE CALLED US NERDS, UGLY. ."

Notaro to investigator- . She performed despite being in a “paranoid state.”



Seccia court testimony-

I REMEMBER MS.NOTARO COMING UP TO ME BEFORE HER SHOW REALLY OUT OF THE SORTS, NERVOUS, UPSET TO THE POINT THAT I WAS NOT -- I WAS WORRIED ABOU KNOW, HER PERFORMANCE, THAT SHE'S GOOD TO GO ON STAGE. SHE WAS REALLY FREAKED OUT, AND SHE EXPLAINED THE SITUATION,WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND WHAT HER CONCERNS WERE. ONE IS GOING TO COME IN HERE, NO ONE IS GOING TO -- MICHAEL WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. NO ONE IS GOING TO STORM THROUGH THE DOOR, YOU KNOW. I'M BACK HERE WATCHING THE DOOR. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GO ON STAGE.



Seccia to Investigator- Doesn’t remember if the Sps tried to gain admittance or not. Doesn’t remember if he worked with Notaro on that night in question. Though he remembers that he  himself was performing that night.

Griffee-

ran to lock all the doors

Notaro-

Performed thought was in a “paranoid state.”

Who was guarding the back door?

Notaro- Griffee her “door guy” locked the back door.



Griffee- didn’t work any particular door

Seccia in court testimony- I'M BACK HERE WATCHING THE DOOR. Then out back smoking a cigar.

Seccia to investigator: An employee by the name of Micheal had actually been the person who was working at the rear of this club at the night in question. Was only out back to smoke a cigarette before he would perform. Now doesn't even remember if Notaro performed that night though in court his testimony of him having to calm her down was according to lawyers the most effective regarding appeals etc.



What were seccia and griffee doing when the sisters came to the back door.

Notaro in affidavit and investigator report—Micheal griffee and mark Flanagan were out there for some reason. Seccia or Griffee sent to lock door. Not clear what he was doing outside of door.

Seccia in court testimony:

Was guarding the door as he had promised notaro

Seccia to investigator:

Seccia said he just happened to be smoking a cigarette outside between performances and talking with Griffee (Who seccia now says was in charge of working the back door that night) the woman "approached on foot" and it lasted several minutes this back and forth of sp's asking why she was kicked out for no reason.

when these two female subjects walked up to the two of them.



Where the police called on April 12 2008- and if so did they come

NotaroPolice - The police were called but Sp had left before they arrived

Notaro Affidavit Police were called--They left close to 11 p.m before the police could come.

Notaro to investigator—The police came, she saw them, but the Sps were long gone.

Julius the doorman for the dime bar 16 feet away when asked by us if they came and outside the whole time: "Bullshit."


Notaro Court testimony- Not mentioned.

Notaro to Investigator - Notaro also advised that the police also showed up that evening at Largo but she believed that Al and her Sister had already left Largo. Prior to the police arriving there. She said that she carried on with her performance that evening.

Griffee testimony:

Doesn’t mention police being called or arriving at an time

Griffee to Spector: Doesn't mention any police

Seccia in Testimony: No mention of them being summoned or arriving

Seccia to Investigator:

Doesn’t mention

Note: No incidence number mentioned in reports of any kind.

NOTE: Flanagan is never mentioned until the investigator as speaking to the sister or having any contact past the few minutes at the front door. Now Griffee tells the investigator that Sp “pushes” him.
