Poor California taxpayers

Hey California,

Read my blog. You are a victim of the Conspiracy that is happening in Division 40 of the Criminal Courts building. Judges and prosecutors are shaming themselves left and right and they are going to cost this state millions.  Illegal ex partes, sidebars that are called to trick the defendant and what goes on at them is LIED about, Judges who are willing to take the blame and told that they are ignorant of the law. They are happy to admit it - for  either money or influence, Prosecutors calling in threat managment units because the defendant called them bozos once when after a year they were toying with her life and the lawyer she hired did nothing but stipulate to continuance despite the defendant saying over and over and over again in e-mails that she did not want continuances.
Ploys like desperate and malicious  competency hearings  plotted by the prosecution( prosecutions NEVER ask for competency hearing unless they have dirty motives and in no way do they or anyone beleive that I am incompetent to stand trial. ) These conspirators can't bear the thought of a trial as there case is a bad joke and it's too late to just dismiss it without incurring the liabilites that would naturally be assumed when they victimize someone in this way.  After a year of not suceeding to get the defendant to just plea to informal diversion they devise some sweaty competency scheme and they go as far as to say that a Judge Samantha Jessner after "multiple times" obseving me declared a doubt. Firstly, I never stood in front of Judge Jessner before and the minute orders confirm that. Secondly, she never declared  a doubt but caved to the wishes of two depraved prosecutors who lied over and over again without shame and publicly committed an ex parte where they undoubtably lied some more. They are now off the case as is the Judge and I'd love to know why. I sure had nothing to do with it. I also never stipulated to any of these temporary judges even hearing my case. Off the record, I said to Martin Boags: How do you think an appeals court will tolerate all this? He smirkedd and said, " I'm not worried about what the record will say," and I said to him, " Because you know it's all set up in advance?" He smirked again.

This competency hoax will require a trial by 12 people- on your dime. It will require two experts and more.  California, you too are being screwed and you should stop being so complacent.
