    And, what was the result of his testimony?


    All charges related to his and Gregozek's testimony- Dismissed with prejudice. Shown to be a sham by the bright but unidealistic PD.

    Actually she was "Aquitted" of those patently false charges.

    And, Sam or Alex Moreno or whatever that poor guys name was-offerred nothing of any value to the malicious prosecution- but did show how desperate and amoral they were. John Gregozek mentioned Moreno in the last search warrant as a homeland security expert. I'd guess Judge Craig Richman would feel "slimed" if he ever bothered to check up on what ever became of all those search warrants.
