Karla Kerlin is a very very corrupt judge. She conspired to bury an innocent woman and she should never live that down. She should not be in any position to make rulings. Judge Karla Kerlin is a thug and a criminal. This is not a case of her being lied to. This is a case where she openly conspired with a notorious city attorney. I guess she hopes he'll help her get re-elected. Anyone who has been jailed by Karal Kerlin should be able to re-open there case in light of the discoveries of her corruption.
