Ms. Spitzberg is an out-of-custody pro per defendant whom we’ve been appointed to represent for Doubt Proceedings only. In my opinion, she is competent ).
I was not present on 08/12/09 when Judge Jessner declared a doubt in Dept. 40 but from what Ms. Spitzberg and from what public defenders who were present tell me, Judge Jessner did so upon the urging of City Attorney prosecutors at an ex parte bench conference and without articulating reasons for doing so. Ms. Spitzberg did go to Dept 95 on 09/03/09, but since Judge Jessner forgot to appoint counsel, she was sent back to Dept. 40 on 09/08/09. In my presence, Ms. Spitzberg appeared on her own behalf and a further pretrial was set for 10/02/09. On 10/02/09 the parties were sent out to Dept. 51 (Judge Vanderet) for both prosecution and defense motions.
I attended the motions because Ms. Spitzberg informed me that the prosecution had filed a “Motion to Appoint Counsel and Set a 1368 Hearing.” I watched Ms. Spitzberg argue that the prosecution had no standing in the matter and that no doubt had ever been declared by Judge Jessner. I think she argued this competently and intelligently. Pursuant to PC 1368, Judge Vanderet appointed the Public Defender’s office as counsel and admitted that Judge Jessner had neglected to do that. I argued that under PC 1368, once counsel is appointed for a pro per defendant, the appointed counsel should take reasonable time to decide whether, in their opinion, the defendant is competent. I put on the record that it was my belief after speaking with Ms. Spitzberg and watching her in court on more than one occasion that she is competent. Judge Vanderet sent her back to Dept. 95 despite my arguments.
I have never seen the complaint or arrest reports associated with Ms. Spitzberg’s case. They were not given to me, so I’m sorry but I cannot attach them.

Heidi Feigin's statement to investigator for public defender- was notaro’s agent and went to see her that night.

When asked if this female subject caused any trouble at the show at Largo at this night in question, Feigin said no she had caused no problems on that particular evening. She stated she had just sat at the back of this club and next to the bar while watching the show. When asked if she had seen this unknown female subject ever make contact with Notaro on that night in question, Feigin said no. When asked if she knew the unknown subject’s name, Feigin once again stated no.

What this agent, Heidi Feigin told Spitzberg's public defender in March of 2010 during the criminal trial stemming from these lies-

The witness confirmed the contents of various police reports written in this matter. The witness added the following.

The witness was talking to her agent, heidi Feigin from the william Morris Agency. The parties where at Largo when they were at Fairfax. The defendan’t asked Ms. Notaro’ “ Do you know who I am. Ms. Notaro responded, “ yes leave me alone.” Defendant stated, “ I don’t think you remember me.

Ms. Notaro responded, “ I remember you. You shoved me., ‘ get away from me.





Witness Heidi Feigin statement- ( Feigin was notaro’s agent and went to see her that night and according to Tig Notaro was right there for a verbal tirade either including the words "Cunt Dyke Bitch" or some other invented dialogue.)

When asked if this female subject caused any trouble at the show at Largo at this night in question, Feigin said no she had caused no problems on that particular evening. She stated she had just sat at the back of this club and next to the bar while watching the show. When asked if she had seen this unknown female subject ever make contact with Notaro on that night in question, Feigin said no. When asked if she knew the unknown subject’s name, Feigin once again stated no.



What this agent, Heidi Feigin told my public defender in March of 2010 during the criminal trial stemming from these lies-

"Nothing what Tig said was true AT ALL(public defenders emphasis) and I don't understand why Hunter Siedman( apparently Tig's newest Manager) is calling me and saying, "Don't testify for the other side," 

So, to the many googlers interested in "Tig Notaro Controversy," This is but one huge lie on behalf of the false accusing sociopath that is Tig Notaro.  Tig Notaro is represented by a big bad law firm called Lavely and Singer and they are famous for their cease and desist letters. If what I am writing isn't true I assure you this would all be removed from the internet immediately and that I long ago would have been sued for defamation/and or injunctions to remove these posts would be requested by Allison Sievers. Allison Sievers knows her client is an idiot who lied all over the place and she knows that she too is responsible for the damages caused by Mathilde Notaro's lies.  After the fraud criminal trial that was based on these lies there can be no doubt that Notaro and witnesses such as Michael Griffee and Kevin Seccia are false accusers and perjurers. Then there are super freaks like Reeta Piazza who lied to the police for no understandable reason other than to curry favor with the scary and insane Notaro.

Tig Notaro is a fraud there is no controversy, many googlers typing in "Tig Notaro controversy"



I wrote a whole tract showing conclusively what a filthy filthy liar Tig Notaro is, but it dissapeared.Probably in a draft folder somewhere.



Hundreds of hits looking up " Tig Notaro controversy" and it's kind of annoying to think how that word doesn't apply at all. Tig Notaro is a hideous sociopath who is a known joke theif and all around low life and she has ruthlessly and stupidly lied about someone who did nothing wrong to her. Like any good sociopath Tig Notaro is going on her merry way- ready to devastate the lives of more unwitting dupes.



Anyone of conscience knowing the facts of this case would want Notaro in jail for years for what she and a diseased parasite named Stef Willen have done.

There is no Tig Notaro controversy or scandal - There is no ambiguity that Tig Notaro is a liar and perjurer and a vile piece of shit



It has been read widely that Tig Notaro never was pushed by anyone and that she made it up. There were witnesses that came forth to show that no one yelled at Tig Notaro much less pushed her. Tig made it up.



In fact the person she accused of pushing her was polite to Tig Notaro the one time she met her. Tig Notaro however decided to invent abuse and violence in order to get attention and sympathy. Stef Willen is obsessed with Mathilde Notaro and might stalk and harrass her but no one else has ever harrassed the insane Tig Notaro and there is no controversy about that. Sure, Tig is a ruthless and stupid liar and the below will show you that. There is so much more that shows that not only are Tig Notaro and Stef Willen false accusers and monsters but that so are many other wannabe comedians and other hollywood lowlife in this story.

But, Tigs former agent was and is not a liar and this is that part of the story.









What is put on the internet for all time ,but which is a complete sham that could have easily been prevented. the first paragraph one got a strangely large amount of readers and so I hope this does too because hey who doesn't want to reveal the truth to as many people as they can when it affects every aspect of their life.

On the evening of April 7, 2008, after Notaro performed at Largo, Spitzberg approached her and asked Notaro if she remembered her. Notaro said that she remembered meeting her and that Spitzberg had been aggressive and had pushed her. Notaro then said she did not want to talk to Spitzberg and told Spitzberg to leave her alone.

On April 7, 2008 Notaro was performing at Largo. At approximately 2130 hours Notaro was talking to her agent when Spitzerg stepped in front of her and stated, “ You remember me?”

Sometimes during that evening Notaro said she had seen Alisa sitting inside of this club and near the bar area. Notaro advised that her brand new agent Heidi was also in attendance to see her perform her comedy show. After her show was over Notaro said she was in the audience and she was speaking to her agent.

All of a sudden, Notaro stated that Alisa then walked up to the two of them and said, “ Do you know who I am?” Do you remember me? Notaro replied back to her and said, “I know who you are .

What Hunter Seidman did is very big and bad but so far he has remained unprosecuted for obstruction of justice. Notaro invented this whole thing and yet the minute she obtained the law firm of Lavely and Singer she was allowed to trample me and my family and take away so many of my freedoms for so long. Notaro is a ruthless sociopath and got other ruthless sociopaths on her side.Her lies led to a two year odyssey that will get told but since the first paragraph got so many reads I'll post this.
